Why does it say 925 if it’s supposed to be solid gold, not gold plated?

Hmm...the Catbird sweet nothing choker is solid gold usually. Is this a different style?

@jkf606 this is not cat bird but it’s similar! I have a rose gold that is the same wave chain but sterling silver base, yellow is a sparkly beautiful chain that is slightly different design than catbird but images show the actual chain. Both are sterling silver base metal. Hope this helps! 🤗
