Sweet Candy Brand Gathered Skirt, size small, Yellow and Gray

Gathered skirt with two layers, plenty of movement. Outer layer is yellow and gray lace. Cumberbund style waistband in 3 3/4" tall with ties to make a bow in back. Marked size small, skirt length is 21" long including the waistband. Marked "Sweet Candy".
