petratalexander Can’t tell from the photo, is the heel missing the tap flat so the piece can be be cobbled back on, or is it uneven from walking around without it?

solaris_ Did you read the description? Anyway the left heel tap had fallen off. Although, these boots have worn less than a couple of times. Thanks for looking. It’s a like new pair - only the heels tap of left heel is missing. Yes a new one can be placed on.

petratalexander @solaris_ I did read it, I was asking if the surface where the tap is missing is flat, or warped from walking on it without the protective piece. They can’t be cobbled if the heel is uneven. Thanks for replying!

solaris_ @petratalexander hey like picture two and four. It isn’t warped because this hasn’t been worn more than couple of times. Once the heel tap fell off - shoes weren’t worn ..so it’s all good condition. Probably just didn’t glue it on too well in the factory. Cobblers do work shoe magic , they’re specialist.
