Suuuuper warm sweater/poncho. The turtle neck is long and can be work scrunched or folded. It’s cut like a poncho but has little sleeves so has a sweater look as well. It’s a beautiful wool, with gorgeous blue/green/cream colors. Purchased in Italy for long winter walks in the city. REPLAY JEANS is an Italian designer.
