Sweater tunic/dress-never worn!

So cute! V neck with yarn belt at empire waist. Sweater is long (see photos for measurements) and can be worn with jeans or leggings or solo as a dress. Blue/turquoise/white threads with sequins sewn throughout. Never worn.
