WHO WHAT WEAR sweater dress. Came with the belt as shown. All buttons (2 at the back neck) are in place. I used this in my rotation for one season. I loved that the sleeve has a slight balloon and hit right above the wrist to show your watch and bracelets. Good used condition.

@jaizaw hip: 24.5...chest 21.5. dress is not hug-your-body-type sweater dress...it's more of an A-line.
