I purchased these boots from Torrid online. When I opened the package, I took the tags off thinking that the shoe would fit, well they didn’t fit me and was very snug. They’re totally brand new, besides me trying them on. If it helps, I normally wear a 9 1/2 WW in Torrid boots, but the reviews stated to size down a whole size and that’s what I did and they didn’t fit. I repurchased the shoe in my original size and they fit just right and they’re a very comfortable boot.
