tmnm55 @laura_stiles Hi, so sorry for the delayed response. It is meant to have a relaxed loose fit with a fitted elastic band at the bottom. Laying flat, it has an approx width of 20.5 in @ the widest part and the bottom elastic band of 11.5 in.
