kpaz87 @talayamcknight hie there, this Waist trainer is more of a sauna garment. It does fit tight but nothg like a restricted Waist trainer. If this would fit me I'd use it to sweat more when walking, running or gym because it still allows u to breath n move around. The bands going across are velcro n can be adjust for a tighter fit . Hope this helps.
