Faceted Swarovski Sapphire Crystals are 7.2mm set in a 16k Gold Plated Bezel. A Hand Wired Swarovski 6mm Pearl dangles from the Sapphire and moves when you do. Posts are Sterling Silver, comes with matching butterfly clutch backs. I also have the Ruby ones in stock right now.
