Lovely heart with frosted ribbon. Approximately 2” high x 1.75” length x 2” width, weighs 4.55 oz. Designed by Edith Mair, from the Exquisite Accents theme group, issued in 1997, retired in 2004. No chips or signed of wear - excellent condition!
