Swan dish pen holder vase made in France

Vintage Teleflora vessel, with beautiful, raised swan and cattail design. Original sticker is still attached. It is a high-quality glass item. The sticker says that it is made in France. Beautiful on a desk for holding your favorite, pens and pencils! I forgot to get a picture that includes it, but it says Gloria Vanderbilt in the glass.
