Gently loved and played with from my boys collection. Swamp Rat V2 G.I. Joe Valor Vs Venom Loose, 3.75, 2004 Hasbro. I inspected him and noticed some scuff marks on top of head and pin blue dot on head too. He has normal play wear and a few scuff marks on black shoe trim. All joints intact and move.
