Sw13 Urchin by Mark Eisen cotton crochet top Small

Lovely crochet top with fringe along the bottom. It is in good used condition. I am not positive if it is a slightly faded black or a dark charcoal grey color. It does have see through designs. It is sized a small, but I think it is more like an XS. See measurements please. I do not see any noticeable flaws.
