Svetlana Black Pencil Skirt with Decorative Zippers on outside. The back zipper is 9" and front side zippers are 11" with gathering in between. Very stretchy. Measurements are taken laying flat across waist is 13", hips are17", and hem is 16.5", and length is 23". See pictures for fabric and care.
