Suzi Roher Belt Elastic Chinese Character details size M NWOT

Size medium with two elastic bands that run through the belt making it stretchy. No flaws or scratches on the metal. Has a velcro closure. never used this belt, and I’m not totally sure what the characters represent. I wasn’t able to find anything similar online, so if you have any details please let me know!
