Colorful, cheerful print for spring! Low neckline gathered at center bust with empire waist. Drapes as loose-straight or A-line. Stretchy fabric is comfortable and forgiving for any figure. Short, almost cap sleeves. Bust measures flat as 32, but easily fits 36, possibly larger with the gathers and stretch. Dots are red, olive, purple and white.
