Dark blue with large white florals. Smocked in the back. Adjustable straps. Has a knot tied at the chest. Thin ribbed stretchy fabric. High low style. Great condition. Although it's tagged as a 4X I would say based off the measurements this fits 3X at most. Could possibly also fit a 2X and be roomy at the bottom. approx 23 inches pit to pit, does stretch due to smocking in the back. 28 inches across the waist 40 inches front length 47 inches back length *HT3
