Hi! What are the waist and length measurements, please? Like how small can it be tied?

@theotherelise I just saw this, so sorry on delay. I attached more pics of measurements and updated description. It’s a set skirt size M (see inside pics of fixed side seams) and the front wrap tie is decorative, it can tie tighter but the material on the inside would just fold over (covered by front apron piece). Hopefully that makes sense? The seam could be altered or fold over and sew tighter to adjust the inside waist.
