Susan Graver designed three tier, embellished top/blouse.

This blouse has never been worn and in excellent condition. It was designed with three tiers of ruffles at the bottom with a V-neck and three-quarter length sleeves. It is flirty and sassy in design. I wanted it to go with black leggings. The colors are different shades of rust and black and white.
