Susan Graver Tunic Top Tie Sleeve Collar Button Front Eyelet and Tank

This top was new in the package but it is vintage and sold out on qvc over 20 years ago. Due to its age there is some discoloration. However it is still brand new, never worn, and has life left. I think it would be great to dye a solid color, tie dye, or if you know how to bleach it back white again!! Please refer to all photos. Tank is super soft and stretchy and breathable. The other top has a scalloped bottom and adorable scrunch up 3/4 sleeves. Great to wear together or separate.
