Surrealist boho chic cargo maxi skirt

Boho chic skirt with pockets and assymetrical hemline. Two pockets but only one may be functional. 100% nylon. Labeled a size 4 which according to size chart is a size large or extra large (12-14). There is an elastic waistband but material has no stretch. Waistband is 15" laying flat and stretches to about 18". All reasonable offers considered!
