Invented in the 1950s by a miner named Leo May, the Original Miner’s Lunchbox is a handmade aluminum lunch box that is lightweight, practical, and virtually indestructible.
May crafted his first lunchbox out of unfinished aluminum joined with rivets. When he showed up at work with his invention, it was an instant hit among the miners, and a small company was born.
Today, Leo’s original design is crafted in Northern Ontario by the company that still bears his name. Retro styling and sturdy construction are sought after by anyone looking for a well-made, lightweight, portable box for food, tools, or equipment.
A quote on the company website sums up what makes this product an excellent fit for Supreme:
“It’s handmade and tough for you - simple, durable design inspired by the past and perfect for the present.”
