glinis @mistyrobey Sorry for the delay. It’s not a stain, but an area where there is a difference in the suede. It was like that at purchase (have no idea what caused it). I purchased it new and have never worn or used it. It has been in its protective cloth bag since I brought it home. I will put an extreme close-up of the area.

glinis @breezelane Apologies for the delay. 14.75” (@ center of bottom, from left to right). 5.5” bottom front to back (@ center seam). 9.75” high (length of front center seam). 5.5” flap (to where it joins the top edge). Hope that helps.
