hmdinla @snowhite96 From neck to where it would fall on his back is 10” long. The top of the harness (neck) is 22”, but could be tightened to go smaller. The circumference around the body is 26”, but could be tightened to smaller. The length of the cape is 10”. The cape is very cute. If flaps behind them when they run😍
