Hi! Is the underarm cloth? Stretchy? Can you please send me the measurements for the bicep area and the bottom waist?

@kelnabb Hi! Yes! Almost half of the arm, (on the bottom part going all the way down is fabric, and it does offer a good stretch. I added pictures to the listing with sizing. Hope it helps!
