jaceyj9192002 Hey I just got home and didn’t see you made an offer and didn’t get you the measurements. I will accept your offer if you would still like the skirt. It does stretch and also has a draw string. I am 5’5” and it is down to my ankle. Just walked in the door and checking emails and saw this. Let me know😉

jaceyj9192002 @nathaduncan waist 16” stretches to 19-20” comfortably Length is approximately 36”. Depends on how it hangs on the hips. Hope that helps😉
