Super soft Bialcon tie waist dress

Super soft Bialcon size 42 v-neck dress. Beautiful shade of blue. Tie waist could go in front or back or wrap around and then tie. Has stretch and tons of flowing movement. Classy with comfort! There is an area that has a few "snags" on the skirt but cannot be seen when holding up. May be able to be trimmed. See last photo. Size chart from website in photos.
