Super high waisted vintage teal shorts

Teal shorts with elastic in the back for a more secure fit around the waist. Soft rayon material. Has pockets! Extremely high waisted with a 14” rise. Tag says size 6 but vintage sizes run small so may fit a size 4 the best. Measurements in the photos.
