Super fun blue hi low dress with red bird pattern

Such a unique racerback blue dress with red birds. Ruffles all the way around the neck line and a red ribbon for accent. The stretchy waist band hidden under the ribbon. The front of the dress falls a couple inches above the knee and the back of the dress comes down to the back of my knees, I'm 5'2". I love this dress but only wore it once. This dress is too much fun to live in my closet 💜
