Super fun Rachel Roy dress!

In excellent pre owned condition, this dress fits jn all the right places. It has ruching on the front belly area and backside which really helps hide any imprecations. Dress is true to size, I am between a 4-6 and it fits perfectly. Made of 99% cotton but has a ton of stretch in it if needed.
