Super cute peach pink floral short dress

Super cute peach pink with blue flowers, princess party summer beach dress with wavy sleeves. Tied dress with adjustable breast and mid length. The material feels pretty synthetic and it's not as flowy as it might seem. I would want to know it beforehand as a buyer but it's really not bad quality at all, durable, bought from SHEIN but the size was too big for me. Size as measured (please disregard if it's 2-3 cm off, I tried to be accurate)~ Size small = Shoulder(31 cm), Bust(44 cm+/- )
