Super cute off-shoulder shirt

Intricate red and cream stitching along top and on sleeves with elastic! Blue and white stripes on bottom half and at the bottom of the sleeves. Really cute spring-feeling shirt! Can easily be worn casually or dressed up! Only been worn once! Size large but can easily fit a medium as well!
