Super cute blue Luxedo dress NEW with tags!

This midi length blue dress is an XL (but in my opinion fits like a Large!) this is why I am getting rid of it, it doesn’t fit me in the bust area. It’s the ideal dress for a wedding guest. It’s fun, elegant, classy, and has a nice flutter sleeves for the perfect touch of sass.
