Super cute and very flattering heart dress

This dress is the most flattering dress I own. It was very hard to picture but so cute in person. It comes with a removable strap that you tie around your waist as tight or loose as you want. So comfy and so cute. In great condition! It looks longer in the picture than it really is! It is a very dark navy color (almost black).
