Super cute and flirty MK mini dress

This dress is super fun! Love the ruffles on the bottom. Dress is versatile and can be worn few different ways. Off the shoulders or not, waist is elastic and can be pulled down for length or it can be pulled up to make it shorter and define the waist. Either way you wear it it’s super cute. It is Michael Kors, however I did cut the tag in the back as it was bothering me few times that I’ve worn this.
