Super cute Royal blue baby doll dress

The top part is sheer lace material. And stretchy. There is a tiny white ish color stain (pictured) not sure exactly what this is. As well as a tiny bit of dark coloring on the lace /chest area. See pics. Might just be because it’s been used. Washed and tried to get those out.../ not too noticeable tho. This is super flattering and adorable on. I can steam the bottom for you before sending. 💙
