Super cute Deletta navy blouse!

I would say this is perfect for going to work but can be totally worn more casually as well! I bought it from anthropology a while ago I believe! The brand is Deletta and it’s a small! There is a super cute cute out in the back of the shirt allowing for a super cute peek-a-boo effect! The arms are also mid length by my elbows!
