Super cool black white Med skirt

laying flat it is 14 inches in the waist. 17.5 inches from the top hem to the bottom. the graphic is located in the back of the skirt. the front is one solid color of white. in excellent condition. the side zipper works perfectly. one small pinch of fabric towards the bottom of the skirt in front.
