jax602 @courtneyaudra Hi Courtney, thanks for your interest! It definitely couldn’t be worn as a dress and it’s much more of a top than a tunic. In terms of wearing it with leggings, I would say it depends on your height and how much you like covered when you wear leggings. I’m 5’5”, and if wear it so the top bunches a little, it comes down to about mid-butt. Hope that helps!
