Could you please tell me the pit to pit measurement and fabric content of this jacket, and does it have elastic or any other way to cinch it in at the bottom? Thanks!

@peachydaisy the pit to pit is 21.5” and it is made out of polyester . Bottom has an area for a string to cinch but no string so it could be easily added!
