Super Swimmin Raph Olympics TMNT Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Complete with File

It's Super Swimmin Rap with a new world record. He definitely took home gold of terms of the look when on display. He was rarely wound up and never once went into water so he's like new and comes complete with all his accessories and file card. He also has the swimming pool artwork he came with which i have not seen in any of my searches of loose ones for him. The file card shows minor signs of basement character but otherwise free of blemishes and deterioration. The pool artwork is also dirty from basement time with only a minor blemishes, but it is free of any other deterioration. My personal collections are complete and have been well cared for and safely stored all these years.
