Super Soft Deb Black/ Rainbow "Feather" 1X Blouse!

Amazing and like new Deb brand black blouse with multicolored or rainbow feathers along the center embellished with rhinestones. The blouse also has two spandex bands on the backside yolk in hot pink. The blouse has short and flowy bellsleeves and a flowy bottom as well. The top has a scoop neck and the pattern flowers nicely when worn. The blouses tag is cut so I am not sure of the exact size or material it's made of. Looks awesome with board shorts!
