Super Soft Black Velvet Tunic

This is a very soft black velvet tunic. (the type of fabric my sister used to call "petty" when we were little.) it has two slits on either side in the bottom to give a little flair. The back neckline is a slightly worn. (See picture). It's perfect for when you're feeling elegant.
