Semi-sheer with collar and upper back cut outs and off the shoulder short sleeves. Covered button panel down the front. Fabric has almost zero stretch, so pay attention to the measurements. 14” across shoulders, 20” across low waist/high hip. It is meant to be fitted but not snug. Comes with tags and extra button. True size Juniors Large or 10/12 womens. Vibrant violet color with matte black piping.
