Super Puffy White Petticoat Tulle Skirt for Halloween Women’s XL, 30” Length

Pre-loved in great condition. No rips, holes, or snags. 30” in length. Waist is elastic and the flat measurement unstretched is 14.5” in diameter and stretches to 23” in diameter. Please note, the size is not listed on the garment. I have approximated it to being a women’s size XL. It adds a lot of poof to costumes such as 1950’s poodle skirts. 🎃
