Super Glittery Black Mini Dress Small

This dress is so sparkly and glittery, it hurts my heart to part with it. I’m 5’4” and this is just long enough on, so would be best for someone 5’4” or below. I found this at a vintage consignment store and fell in love. The brand is ‘The Paragon’. It’s a thick, stretchy jersey like material. It’s got a small slit on both sides. Belt is not included. I wore this last year for New Year’s Eve and got so many compliments!
