Super Cute Vintage 90s Schoolgirl Plaid Pleated Mini Skirt

Cute vintage 90s pleated school skirt in blue and red plaid. Super soft and comfortable with elastic in the back of the waistband. No tags, but my guess is it’s cotton or a cotton blend. In great condition aside from some missing stitches to the front left pleat (see pics). Measured flat in inches Waist: 12.5-13.5 (elastic allows some stretch) Hip: 19 Length: 17.5
