The measurements are: Size 9 - 13" at upper waist, 15" at lower waist, 17.5" at hip Size 11 - 15" at upper waist, 16.5" at lower waist, 18" at hip I LOVE that they are stretchy! And very soft to touch. Let me know if you have any more questions.
