Super Cute Kendall & Kylie Peplum Top / XS

NWT / Size XS Bought offline from Pacsun thinking an extra small would fit fine but it's just a little too snug. Has side zipper, and a thin rubber lining along the top (which you can kind of see above the tag in the third picture) to help keep the top from slipping since it is strapless. It's super adorable and perfect for summer, and I'm super bummed it doesn't fit me quite comfortably enough.
